Survey Report
Overview — Survey Results as Data
The Survey Report produces your survey's results as a CSV file, with outlier thresholds you set yourself so unusually high and low scores are flagged.
It is a real-time report — it reflects the responses collected at the moment you run it.
Open it from Reports → Survey Report. Needs Reports read access.

Setting the Outlier Thresholds

Outlier Indicator High |
Scores at or above this are flagged as high outliers. |
|
Outlier Indicator Low |
Scores at or below this are flagged as low outliers. |
Both must be 0 or greater — otherwise the form reports "The high value must be greater than 0" or "The low value must be greater than 0", and the download button stays disabled.

PRO TIP Outlier thresholds are what turn a wall of numbers into a short list worth discussing. Set them so roughly the top and bottom tenth of your results are flagged. |

HEADS UP These thresholds are yours, not a standard. They are not saved with the activity, so two people running the same report with different thresholds get differently flagged results. Agree them within the team and note what you used. |

PRO TIP Run the report twice — once with wide thresholds to see the overall shape, once narrow to isolate the extremes. |
Downloading
Download CSV produces the report. The button is disabled while the thresholds are invalid or the report is loading.

GOOD TO KNOW CSV is the only format on this report. There is no PDF export here — the PDF exports in NSCAT are on the Interview Report, Interview Response, Observations, Lessons Learned, and individual recommendations. |

When There Is Nothing to Report

There is no survey for this activity. |
The activity has no survey at all. |

No Results available |
A survey exists but the report returned nothing — usually no responses yet. |
|
HEADS UP No Results available early in collection is normal. The same message late in an assessment means responses are not arriving, which is worth investigating rather than waiting out. |
Running It During Collection
|
PRO TIP Run it a few days after distributing the link. You are not looking at the findings yet — you are checking that responses are arriving, that demographic questions are being answered, and that nothing is obviously broken. All three are fixable then and permanent later. |

HEADS UP Do not draw conclusions from an early run. A partial response set skews heavily toward whoever answers first. |
